MOPN for me again please Lucy. Weekend oil contamination reports could be bad and, IMHO, clean-up contracts will favor the prepared...

MOPN has already been designated as a “Resource” by both British Petroleum (BP) and the United States Coast Guard to assist when needed for the clean up efforts in the Gulf:
