armour, I have posted the pinksheets requirements for current status several times for the board. Yes there is a requirement, in print, viewable on pinksheets site. It is not a matter of opinion, it is an independently verifiable fact. Dragon is right, are not late until May 15th. To remain current, if there is going to be a delay (say Frank decides to release them with a CC), then they must make notification to PinkSheets with reason and from what I have seen before, an estimate.
