All it means is that they would have to extend the time line by 2 years on the warrants and potentially pay this guys attorney fees if they loose the decision in court....if they would even go to court.

I'm sure they will discuss this with their attorney and if the attorney thinks they would loose then most likely they would just extend the date and be done with it.
