This isn't note J/M...this is warrant related, does this guy wants more time due to our share price being so low? Is he calling HDC on theoretical shenanigans or is it based in fact (ie: bitter warrant holder)? Is there a clause that does state a holder of 10% or more stock gets two more years? I never saw it in the paperwork or filings...any lawsuit doesn't look good for us now that our stock price has been hammered so low.
