Am I missing something here. I seem to remember the cost of building the plant was going to be $100 million. How did the cost increase to $160 million? Secondly, I can't believe Bartoszek hasn't done a cost study on the Laidlaw project as he seems to have done one on Clean Power's. It seems to me the first thing you would do in planning a new facility is to look at its economic feasibility.
