I fully understand this. I am waiting and will buy when it dips. However, the reality is that we are on a court's time line. No one is going to deal with Calypso until we settle who owns the patent. So whatever deals may have been in the wings will remain on hold.

For once a the company's leadership is acting responsible and not releasing BS company info about deals just around the corner to boost stock price. Instead, they are quietly buy up shares - a better sign in my mind that any bogus news they could release.

Without more PR very few people will be aware of this stock and the price will stagnate. I understand that. But I really don't see a better way of handling this without degrading the almost non-existent credibility this company has.
