They do have a mission statement and have been giving some figures and plans out in published releases. All of which is a guide for investors. I also think that there will be updates of exact figures of production as they become available in the near future. I would have to disagree with you that "most" companies in the .008-.014 range that have the specifics that is being talked about. I would say most don't, just generalities as BEHL has. I'm sure there are exceptions that can be found, but from what I've seen it's not the general rule.

This is also on their webpage:

"For investment opportunities with BioCentric Energy, please briefly describe the nature of your interest and business.
BioCentric Energy will carefully review all investment inquiries and contact you if your investment opportunity is in line with the Company's business model."

Also this:

"BioCentric Energy carefully selects and qualifies each client. If you have interest in BioCentric Energy's product and services, please fill out and submit the form below.
Step 1. Client is qualified and initial contracts signed.
Step 2. The location/Land is qualified, water, soil, temperature, carbon source.
Step 3. Biological information is obtained and algae strains are identified for end application.
Step 4. Site assessments to include geotechnical, civil engineering, grading, permits."

Of course not too many companies give much attention to each individual $10K investor. In fact BEHL has been pretty good with that and has been a refreshing difference. Maybe anyone with specific questions about their "plan" or figures, etc I'm sure could contact BEHL with those questions or interests and get maybe what one was looking for.

I agree, it would be nice to have everything put together for us simply stated and nicely arranged (ahh the perfect world), but I would also agree with Steve earlier when he stated that it would just be used for every basher to dissect only the negatives and take out of context statements in it.

But I would have to reiterate that a plan has been being given in different parts and could be put together somewhat. I guess thats what DD is. Maybe not every question or figure, that wouldn't be in any published one either, but that might be where the contact with the company comes in. Publishing a constant changing plan (at least I would hope they are open to constant changes) may not be in the best interest of the shareholders or the company.
