No sir! Look at previous history. I want to buy honestly and almost did this morning. But I applied the breaks because of ta and share structure. Another poster pointed out the increase in shares was for past acquisitions, etc. I understand to grow the company you have to increase share structure etc. What I find troubling is the gagged ta! why not full transparency? Thats why I called Investor relations. I want to hear it first and foremost before I buy! Would they sell shares here after awesome pr? I dont know! I do like the rest of the story here. Glta
