z4lover....Sorry about your loss but it may well be that the best way to protect people from scam artists is to offer them the 'practical experience' of losing money to them. Tuition?
Blaming pinky CEO's (the princes of the fools) should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that make them princes. And the idea of government 'protecting' the fools is foolish. It will just never happen!
