lucky, I want to preface this with; If your only agenda here is recovery of your investment in NEOM and possibly profit from it, and I appreciate that it is a great deal of money involved, then I ask , even plead that you try and take a step back and look at this suit without thinking only in terms of defending your stated opinion of it and realize that this was a product of some brilliant minds both investors and attornies. Claw, possibly others, and some of the best corporate attornies in the country have pieced this together and arrived at this approach. If your investment is your only concern here, give them a little credit. Think outside the box a little. If you have other agendas and I'm not saying that you do, then that's a horse of a different color. This suit and approach has given me the only small glimmer of hope I've had since the Jan. 11th 8K.
