You STILL didn't answered my question.. are the VAST! majority "restricted"??

If you can't answer that question, then you really have no clue of what the ACTUAL "trade-able shares" count is... as far as the pps... that's all that MATTERS!

Like I and another poster stated, based on the shares traded on the "run-up", it's estimated to be around 450M+/-.
