Could you repost how you are going to play MM plays in the future.
I read that link on the other company and it reads they have to give an update every 3 mos to the court on their progress.
So MM's plan for the shell has to be spelled out.
Question did someone show up for the PBLS hearing to contest?
If so where is that party - or did you hear that from the court?
