Can they really say the deal is done and all they have are mere formalities to complete it, and then tell us they backed out of it and not get in trouble? to me it seems like they are risking alot for this being a scam...you cant really even call it kool-aid anymore, tastes more like Dom perignon to me... all my abstract opinion lol
