BIO-CLEAN, INC. Enters Into Joint Venture Agreement with ACT Clean Technologies, Inc.

Bio-Clean, Inc. (Stock Symbol: BOCL, Corporate Web Site: BioCleanbocl.com), announced today that it has entered into a Joint Venture agreement with ACT Clean Technologies, Inc., (Stock Symbol: ACLH), to establish a distribution and fulfillment center for their new degreaser, and multipurpose cleaner.

“With potential purchase orders of approximately $1,000,000 or more, to bottle, package, fulfill, and distribute our new and improved aqueous-based, environmentally-friendly degreaser and multipurpose products, purchased through American Bio-Tech Cleaning, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of ACT Clean Technologies, Inc., and American Bio Clean, we have entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with ACT and ABT to fulfill the contracts upon final receipt from the distributor.
