yep just that one big 10 million share a day diluter who I believe is buying at $ .0008 and selling to you at $ .003, or more likely selling to you at $ .003 and covering with debt conversion at 25% of that amount or about $ .0008.

I suspect that buying at a $ .0008 level with millions in starting debt that he still has a few shares left to sell.

Maybe you can pray that the company will hit the authorized share level and he will have to quit selling until he can vote in a reverse split to which he would be immune. (and I bet he has 1.2 BILLION class A votes to accomplish that anytime he wishes)


But these are just my suspicions; the 100's of millions of shares that have been sold since first of April driving the price down to historic lows while the company fails to make SEC filings and does a paid press release campaign may just be coincidental.

and maybe the accountants abandoning the company and failing to return phone calls is just coincidental too.

Looks obvious to me but who knows maybe its just a chain of unbelievable coincidences.

I think I will start selling Tee shirts that say

"I trusted Tony Cataldo and now I'm into sub penny stocks"
