In my last 2 visits to the plant and with JD nothing has really changed except tighter security and less freedom in walking thru the plant. From what I could see they are busy! But according to JD due to NDA that I could not be allowed to walk thru the plant as I have in the past.

I believe something huge is happening but that is JUST MY OPINION. JD's demeanor was positive and friendly as usual and looking forward to the sales position. IMO a new CEO has been picked and it is not Glenn. IMO Glenn is the "force" behind the manufacturing end and JD knows the products and how to sell them.

The new CEO IMO will be one who will control the shareholder base and direct the future and growth of Expo Holdings.

IMO do not look for the open door policy that JD had in which I believe caused a lot of the problems we have experienced in the past year. As a CEO...YOU CAN BE TOO OPEN.....which leads to RUMORS and MISQOUTES! Jd attempted to be a CEO and a fellow shareholder and attempted to release or say things before the ink was dry. This CEO IMO will schedule plant tours and visits and most likely will hire a IR immediately to handle most of the contact with us shareholders.

JD and Glenn have attempted to keep us informed as to the business coming in and out as much as the NDA's would allow.

As to why the fins and other items discussed here have not been released, he did not have a comment. I bought into EXPH because it was and is a real company with real products. Thanks to this move South on the pps, I have been able to double my position again.

On my last visit to the plant a week ago, the ex CEO now VP of sales (I guess they would make him a VP) has went from a BMW to a Toyota Prius. I guss if you are going to be on the road alot you need something to save $$$.

I agree with most here that the way things were handled over the last year could have been a lot better but for me that is the past and I reloaded based on the future.

I hate that JD had to get hate mail, hate and threatening emails and calls. I hate that his home and family came under attack as that was ABSOLUTELY uncalled for.

As shown by the market this week, every company can go up and down largely. JD has repeatedly told me and others that an investment in EXPH was no different than any other publicly traded company.

I wish JD, Glenn, the new CEO and all of the Shareholders of Record in EXPH the very best of luck!

Good Luck and Good Trading!
