I honestly believe that your numbers may a bit conservative. I believe the company has plans for a land-rush and will execute that plan once an adequate component inventory has been procured while awaiting the necessary permitting requirements.

Concerning the lack of an uplisting until now - I am sure that the company would offer some explanation if such was known to them. ~IMO
