IMO: There is a tie, but the tie is between Wow Green and GRBG.

I also think that the reason Wow Green back out of the GRBG deal was because of the contract between EESO and WG.

I Don't see any reason for EESO to try and influence GRBG share price especially while under SEC scrutiny.
