You did get a mini-run yesterday.
Considering what happened to the Markets around 2:30 yesterday, you may still get a little spike, today.
However, you should have heard about the LOI by now if we take the CEO's word about a lease within 14 days.
I do not see any news that could move this stock for a while and noted, also, the disappearance of the 'GM' crowd on this board.
