It seems unlikely that Sao Tomes Director of Petroleum would have a meeting with the JDA following the operators meet with the JDA and tell the world oil was found in expected amounts in blocks 3 and 4.

ERHC didn't say a word about thermogenic gas. They did mention methane gas......

I smell a rat.....
