To which exactly were you referring to when you are stating "...the published business plan that was to be out in March." I'm guessing that you are referring to a specific PR or statement. I didn't want to go read every PR to go find it.

I know that BEHL has talked about its revision which I'm sure will always be happening, lots of information that would be part of it pieced together from all the PRs which I guess one could say is published, and I believe they talked about that any questions could be answered at the shareholders meetings on the subject of it. Wasn't quite sure what exactly you were talking about, I'm sure it has been updated from any original one.

There are different forms of business plans I guess, but generally it describes what the companies visualization is, their status, needs, projected results and/or directives, and what the market is that they are focusing on.

Not a bad thought in theory in what your saying, although one might have to give thought to the constant updating of figures, financing, contracts, etc. Nature of a developing type company and the algae industry dynamics and the fact what BEHL is doing is in a whole new territory and science. But good for discussion what exactly BEHLs is, thats for sure. Lot of it is just goals which has been discussed which is a start anyway.

It would be just a plan though, plans get changed and improved upon and every letter can't be expected to be 100% written in stone.
