well maybe they had enough calls that folks there are getting it now after two days i would hope s, but if you want anything done that is not the place to call. the state has hotline as does bucket brigade they are the doers and shakers not BP.

did the person answring the phone ask for you information and say they would be in touch or how can they help you?
