The class named in the lawsuit will definitely consist of everyone who was invested during the period between the announcement of the sale and the announcement of the cancellation of the deal. It MAY include everyone who invested from March 30th, but this will require depostition disclosure from the non-buyer. As of so far, Senergy has been very honest and foward in all communications with me personally, so it is possible. I will update everyone on the status of the preliminary talk I have with Brualdi Law Firm tomorrow.
