Out of that, I wonder how many are RESTRICTED??... Because it sure doesn't trade like they're ALL in the float.

Price fluctuations are to liberal.. ex. .01---> .013 in a HEARTBEAT! and visa-versa.

From .0012---> .025 on JUST! ~440M shares??.. you tell me.

BTW.. this is the ONLY "oil spill" play that I've been in that hasn't had NEWS! in regard to such.

In my gut I know they will PR SOON!(Friday or Monday IMO).. and then WHOAAAA.... .03-.04 at LEAST! considering where the others are.
