What’s the connection between BCLE and ACLH?
In short, BCLE is at the top of the pyramid from what I can gather. (IMHO)

There is some type of “money” division between BCLE and BioClean, USA in Bridgeport, Ct. it’s interesting though that one is primarily a business and the other (BCLE)owns the patents, has a place on the stock exchange, awarded 22 Defense Contracts from 2000 to 2009 totaling $909,890 , yet somehow plays “middleman”, and is not sued by the Bridgeport BioClean (http://www.biocleanus.com) I'm not sure how this "frienship" works.

ACLE has to live, breathe and move in BCLE who controls everything with access to Government contracts as “Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business” (SDVOSB).
