I posted some salient points this morning. Late in the day I was a buyer down to 2.05 into the panic. There is a gap at 2, wonder if it fills?

Meantime, I don't think they are anywhere close to finalizing a private placement nor AMEX listing, it will take awhile on both fronts.

Websites and News are heavily regulated by the FDA and the SEC.

In fact, biotech companies are held to much tougher disclosure rules and insider buying/selling rules than most other companies. They have limited windows each year in which to act due to ongoing studies, trials, etc.

There are other NanoMedicine companies out there, but not with the same patents and early results as NNVC. That said, this is still a very volatile and high risk stock...
