ok, counting the shares the volume history shows:

almost 3 billion shares accumulated steadily over a period of the last two weeks. and I'm confident in saying 'accumulated' because of the continued building in price, and level 2 strength that has been happening every day.

This has been reasonably slow and methodical. Not a one day flash in the pan. So honestly I don't know who it is, but its some significant capital and I haven't seen weakening yet. So someone with some cash is expecting something to happen here. Its just been too steady and consistent.
