Apparently you've never heard of or read SEC REG FD.

Just curious, the folks posting here warning that this deal would not go through? Could it be that they are affiliated with THRR (or their legal department) and they were fufilling a legal obligation to warn shareholders thus creating a legal loophole whereby THRR can not be legally held liable for what has happened here?
