PRO'S
Qtrax has bypassed Oracle and done away with software. (GOOD)
Qtrax does not require someone to download software. (GOOD)
Qtrax makes money with advertising when people visit the site. (GOOD)
Qtrax lets people download songs for free. (GOOD)
Qtrax is in 5 countries. (GOOD)
Qtrax has part of one record label available for download. (GOOD)

CON'S
Qtrax has bypassed Oracle, but still owes them about $2million. (BAD)
Qtrax generates zero income from people using ad blocking browser plug-ins. (BAD)
Qtrax allows people to download music even with ad blocking software. (BAD)
Qtrax only has part of one record label available. (BAD)
Qtrax is only in English, so only English reading people can use it. (BAD)
Qtrax has AK as CEO. (VERY BAD)
Qtrax is supposedly in 5 countries (UNVERIFIED)
Qtrax website is slower then crap (BAD)
Qrax has never been upfront and honest about anything (BAD)


And cAPSLOCK, you talk about why would AK & Comp go to such great length to fool people. Need we remind you what they did for Oct 29th's launch. They went as far to release a HUGE press release with (correct me if I am wrong) Reuters and others and pumped that up so big AK's head exploded then there never was a launch. Need we remind you of the previous one before that too.

Come on cAPSLOCK this company is known for going to great lengths to pull total BS, why would this be any different?

It doesn't matter if they are in 20 countries, if it is only in English, and people can use ad blocking software, and they only have part of one record label, then this thing is just another slimy carrot ready to get dumped once again.

Updating splash pages is not a business model, but is one that AK seems to be able to pull time and time again.

P.S. Qtrax has not made a penny off me, I use ad blocking software.
