I think the torpedo analogy that was being used a few days ago is very fitting. The ship is sinking, and sinking fast. If I were driving the boat (IM) or in the engine room (YA) I would probably just get on the lifeboats. In this case, the lifeboats are "reserved" for them. You see, they will all be just fine. You really think if this flops, or they get sued, they won't still be fat and sassy? Unfortunately, all the passengers are just going to go down with the ship. I know for most of us, it is a much bigger percentage of our net worth.

I would be in awe if the result was anything else than that. At least without the lawsuit, I think the stock may have had a chance at another short term run, now, not so much.

I think Claw has outsmarted himself on this one. I am usually not a pessimist, but I think all of our situations are worse off than before. Just because someone went after the establishment, doesn't mean it results in any real change for the better for the masses.

I think our boat although taking on water before, was still in better shape than being torpedoed! I just don't understand the justice in this. YA will squirm out of it, and we will be left at the bottom of the sea.
