Ohlaws - You are missing the most basic point here. If 500 million shares trade in 5 minutes all in large 9 million plus trades, these sellers & buyers are NOT RETAIL shareholders. They have to be marketmakers trading between themselves.

If the SEC & FINRA were on the ball they would be looking at these unscrupulous marketmakers. But, no ... they countinue to look the otherway and let them get away with their illegal activities!
