If they are, then they haven't done their due diligence. The FDA did not announce receipt of the April application package until April 9, so the 30-day review cycle would run through Saturday, May 8. Since no approval is going out from the FDA on a weekend, the most likely day would be Monday May 10. Since the FDA sometimes elects to use snail mail to communicate approvals/clearances, it's just as possible that word will be received by Imaging3 on May 12 or 13th. That's why everyone has been talking about mid-May all along.
