Is Behl selling to finance operations I completely understand if so. Dennis "I am not selling, the company is not selling." Thanks enough said about that.

According to The statement of cash flows ending 03/30/2010, $588,950 was from issuance of stock.

Either DF is lying or contradicting himself. How can anyone believe that deposits are in the bank and LOI signed coming from DF. I'll believe it when they issue a 10Q
