Everyone, I just spoke to someone on the board of directors at the company and he promises and reassures me that
1)the company is solid and healthy and doing very well all around.
2) There has been no dilution by the company of any kind.
3)he states that he was unaware of the $25K payment to promote the stock and requested that I send him any info I can get on that so he can research it.
3) promises that the company will be releasing “good” news in the very near future.
He did tell me that the share structure has not changed at all over the last few days. He said that there was however approximately 28M shares that they cannot account for from before the company changed over some time ago. He told me that he is personally heavily invested in the company as well and feels that it should be trading around 5-7 cents right now. He also will look into the sell-off and take appropriate actions if needed. For whatever its worth, I hope this was helpful information. I feel better.
