It's just a quiet time before the 10k/10q and most longs have the shares they want. That means that the bid\ask usually drops to get some action going AND nervous wannabe flippers sell thinking they can buy back more lower. Happens all of the time...

Any serious buyer comes in and watch the bid/ask move up fast.

People watching this from the sidelines and waiting for lower and lower prices to get in will suddenly miss this chance. IMO

I picked up a little more again today....
