AMCI and the other stocks will open on the Gray Sheets until they file a 15c2-11 .

Not many stocks come back from the netherworld of Gray Sheets as the requirements to get a Market Maker to sponsor a stock are extremly difficult , because the MM would suffer the consequences if the stock wasn't audited to the hilt . If AMCI does get a MM to sponsor the stock then AMCI will be squeaky clean in all respects .
