A new record for AENP

The prior record was for a late 10K filed on May 5th after the March 31st deadline. Congratulations, it is now May 6th and no 10k yet.

My guess is that the new auditor is asking Charlie & Co for information that they cannot or will not provide. Another possibility is that the revised 2008 10K & the 2009 10K look soooo bad and contain some very 'inconvenient' facts so it is a strategic decision to not bother with any more filings and to keep off of the OTCBB and stay permanantly on the pinks. We shall see.

I pity those gullible investors who had faith in the management and their claims of hundreds of millions of barrel of oil and fabulous new products like HOA800 and are now holding huge blocks of stock that are now worth a very small fraction of what they paid. At this rate, it looks very, very doubtful that they will ever be able to recover their even a small percentage of their losses.
