Laser Energetics is a small company with game changing laser technology. Yes they have made comments that have yet to be realized, but in the last year or so I have seen that they have become more focused on one product rather than many applications at once which is much more manageable. Its all about team building, setting goals, and focusing on the big picture. And from the looks of it they are currently in the storming/norming/performing phase of this transition.
