Huge huge mistake by Hamilton to not pursue the matter in the court that had jurisdiciton. Very lame freshman lawyer stupidity. It does not MATTER if she is right, the Judge will find her in contempt. Also, if the old management did not fulfill requirements, they have no legal standing. You are not required to INVESTIGATE to find someone, only to contact them at the last RECORDED address, which was done.

All this BS is just hurting the shareholders that bought in for the merger
