Some have posted that they support the lockdown and then turn around and state "if you do sell, sell above the ask". They are missing the point. To make a lockdown work, you can't sell. The whole key is to buy and lockup the float thus forcing MMs to raise the price. There is plenty of info about how a lockdown can work. It absolutely requires a unified effort and peeps must hold strong during the shakeouts.
Not that I'm selling, BUT lockdown-shmockdown.
The MMs will only ASK what someone is willing to pay. Period. The ONLY way to take MMs out of the picture is to uplist.
There are a couple of downsides to a lockdown. 1) Float can be too low. There has to be enough liquidity in the equity for bigger players to participate. 2) Even with low supply, the stock's intrinsic value remains unchanged.
Revenue is the ONLY way this stock will get valued higher, and uplisting is the ONLY way to level the playing field.
