It is time to hold Saro because the price is to low. Saro didn't fill Chapter 11 on Saro just Fas- tech. That is a positive, now Fas Tech can pay its creditors with less pressure. I still believe that Sars is using Fas-Tech's assets to build Sars bottom line. Sars hasn't owned Fas Tech that long, that is why the Chapter 11 seems odd to me. Johnny
