Communicate.com Announces $350,000 URL Agreement

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 3, 2004--Communicate.com Inc. (OTCBB:CMNN - News), a profitable growth eCommerce company, today announced the sale of the URL Rugby.com for US$350,000 to Peninsula Investments, a North Carolina-based investment company.
"Following this transaction, we have approximately $900,000 cash on hand to accelerate our growth plan and market our core online properties," said David Jeffs, President of Communicate.com. "In addition, we have paid off our $100,000 loan and will be looking at potential web acquisitions in the travel and consumer goods spaces."
