The PR's are largely forward looking financial figures based upon false information. There are NO 28 million members. ZKID said the cards WILL BE "in the hands of 100,000 of their members in Jan-Feb 2005". There are not 100,000 members waiting to receive these cards, rather they are hoping to get them. A stock is a share in a company, as you well know. Financial projections affect the stock. If I am not discussing the stock, how do you go about doing it? There is nothing else in the recent PR's to discuss except the false data and the erronious projections.
Another thing to "discuss" is current membership and revenues. At a glance, it seems to me that ZKID officers and majority shareholders have made far more money from the sale of stock, than ZKID has ever made selling it's product. As I have the time, I will look into that next.
