VIPR is definately long-term investment, but I would not add more at this point until we hear something from VIPR, especially about share structure. As of last month, VIPR already maxed out 2 billion AS. At this low pps, they have to sell larger amount of shares until they reach $1 million. I am very sure that they already increase AS by now. The question how much AS they are going to increase. VIPR doesn't allow TA to reveal its share structure. We only can wait for VIPR to reveal latest AS. The worst part is they are not communicating with any of us. Please be very careful if you are going to add more.
