I have to lmfao because I sold two days ago with a neglible gain, better than getting duped by this crook, the number to call is the lawyer, which I did and only after I told the secretary my next call was to my local sheriffs dept. did he pick up the phone, he caid he hadn't heard anything about the buyout, but only Chris called him regarding the Nevada law on share distribution..hmmm. Yeah, and that crack quote you pulled from the pr about numerous inquiries, how is that when the mofo doesn't answer his calls and that ext. 157 is for the lobby phone in the building he shares with other businesses. Damn it is so blantant that it amazes me the SEC doesn't chomp down on this schmo, he is really pathetic, go through the filings and you can see his chicken scratch on the original filing with nevada, even his penmanship sucks, I tried warning you all yesterday and others came on board and basically laid out his strategy with additional PR's so you knew what to expect. I don't know which is worse, diluting shares with PR's like most of these scumbags do or just giving up on any scruples and telling evryone the company has a buyout. Either way the gov't is a joke for not stepping in here and putting PR newsire and any other media outlet behind bars, the ceo, and anyone else culpable behind bars. When this type of scam gets around, they will be dreaming up another way to screw people. Hope you all learned a hard lesson and this guys gets what is coming to him.
