Probably, or some of those claims that are in the personal names.

Guess we'll find out as filings and news comes.

Good thing is, with the shell, they have reporting deadlines, including insider ownership, insider buys and sells, 8k's for material events etc.

That's all good for the shareholders of the shell....of which there are only a few at present.

I know at least one of them.
