I honestly think, and I'm not just being a wise guy, that there has been a misleading statement in at least half of the PRs since august.

Just going back a bit on VOD,

aug 17th:
"Whilst in China Dennis Shen secured the manufacturing contract for the company’s patent pending 180 degree curve component of the closed loop system. "
misleading to me, since I believe then months later it was said this didnt happen and we had to go to parts made in USA.

"Several LOI’s for closed loop system territory licenses are on file and in the process of being finalized which will result in revenues, construction profits and residual income for the company during the 3rd Quarter."
That is misleading to me, since revenues are still nowhere near and its Q2 '10 and that was referring to Q3 '09.

"The company is still moving forward with its plans to advance the company to the Bulletin Board emerging as a fully reporting entity in the very near future."
the king of misleading, but this nonsense is prevalent everywhere so I guess it can slide here as well.

aug 21st:"BioCentric has signed their first license agreement with a small private firm, Envision Technologies. In granting this first license to Envision for $250,000." 28th in regards to the death valley junction: "Haemaotoccocus will be the strain grown in the Algae Pro Photobioreactor which is easier to harvest and demands a higher price than Spirulina, which can be sold to companies which produce extracted Astaxanthin."
oh it will? how bout for the future, you tell us which strand will grow once theres actual construction going on. the whole envirotek deal for death valley junction- blah blah someone cant pay and then that $ and deal disappeared. I'm sure that PR didn't lead to people buying.

Sept 3rd” inner Mongolia deal to happen in china? How’s that coming. Seems it was a done deal from the PR. “BioCentric has received an earnest money deposit that will be held in escrow until BioCentric delivers an inclusive, and comprehensive Plan of Action for the initial ten acre Algae Pro Photobioreactor in Inner Mongolia.” Misleading? Not at all…

Sept 16th: “Management is presently evaluating a unique patented lipid trigger that could very well revolutionize the world of algae. We will definitively know of their true value within thirty days and will keep shareholders apprised of our progress as it becomes known to us.”
Hey lipidtrigger, hows that going? Definitely knowing and keeping shareholders informed of the progress sure happened. Another accurate statement.

Honestly I can go on and on and on but I have to do real work. Now im sure everyone will come back at me with the exact DD, so thanks in advance for correcting me and a refresher in what actually happened. Regardless banyon, there are limitless statements in released PRs that never happened, were completely false or misleading, and definitely led to people trading the stock based on that information.

How bout announcing mergers and the details of that, then just cancelling it later, twice. What about all the people who bought due to merger announcements. They weren’t…mislead?
