If people do not sell and hold stock for a higher valuation then the market makers will determine after a period of time to take the stock back up and try to encourage more selling. The market is based on supply and demand. If the demand outweighs the supply then the market makers try to create an atmosphere for the seller. If there are no sellers then they take the stock to a point where people will sell. And that is where it gets exciting

Ok, all that is understood but. Would that be the proper avenue to take with a company some of you have waited years to go full circle on? From what I have seen all the lock ups have belly downs after the profit is taken. Then what? Start all over again?
Do we know any of the details on the shares that have been used for cash? Is there a time limit, price level? What will trigger the selling of those shares? I know many have said if it hits 1.00 they are selling. How long would it last at 1.00 if a lock could be achieved? What would be a "selling" price if the stock is taken up? I dont know if 1.00 would be hit. I have never participated in one "Lock" till now I guess if one is going on. I have only accumulated shares vs selling. While some have seen me as a bash against the company it was actually towards the board as I guess most understand that now. I will always tear apart a quarterly report if I do not like what I read, against any company.
I guess what Im trying to say here is Im not sure I like the idea of a "lock play" on a company many have been long and steady on.
Does it do anything for the company its self? I can see them offering new shares at the higher price but what happens when it retracts? Im new, just 7 mos in to INIX and if a play like this does occure I honstly will prob sell and wait for it to retract and go again. I guess Im one that can be shaken. why not, if we arent going to go long and steady than Im up for making them shake every leave off the tree for the next year. Wasnt my plan but money is money and I still believe some on here do flip this thing like a half cooked flapjack...

EDIT: Forgot something, I for one would like to see the company use what funds they could when available to lower the outstanding share amount with their "own share lock up". Much more valuable in the long term!

Anyway, lets see what that Q1 looks like before anything is locked, huh.
PS, I do not work for a MM. I play with concrete and steel for a living. :)
