Here is my post to RB:

I just read the subpoena and attachment. Believe it or not, I'm glad to see it! BTW Ken, yes, I'm somewhat surprised, albeit pleasantly. If anyone here has followed my posts, you'd know that I'm long the stock. I am also very critical of McBride. I also believe SecureView has the potential to be very successful. The observant reader will also realize that I'd like to see McBride step aside. Personally, I don't think he is qualified to head a company of this size. As much as I dislike seeing the stock tank as it has during recent months, it has happened and we can't change that. As far as I'm concerned, let's get ALL of the dirt on the table. I have a hunch that happened long ago, and the Arch Cook subpoena is probably a confirmation of same.

One of three things will likely happen: McBride will be convicted of being a flake and a scam. He'll be tried and convicted, and he'll lose the company. Otherwise, he'll be exonerated and probably continue to run the company..... hopefully with more discretion when it comes to releasing confidential information. The third option is that he will either step down or be voted out of his role as CEO. I doubt a vote will be the likely impetus, but stranger things have happened. The thing is, in EVERY case, if the products have a market and can be produced, the company will have earnings and (presumably) profits! I don't expect this stock to see the $200 range, but I see minimal risk of falling off the map.

Personally, I'm not worried. Entertained and anxious, but not worried.
