Yes you are probalby right but when we bought it was a way for them to raise funds as they were not going to dilute, and supposedly had a business model. I was not the point guy on this. This was a so-called op to get in at the bottom, yeah right.
they had all the bullshit in line with reports and so forth and contracts waiting to sign etc., little did we know it was all a crock. I never buy penny stocks and was once ceo of a public company which we took private. That's why I have a good idea of the things you can and cannot do which they have violated for years. I never buy penny stocks because of all the horror stories like this but caught on someones say so.
